About Us
How we started
Utah Regional Hospitalists formed the Mountain West Society for Post-Acute Care in August of 2019. Utah Regional Hospitalists services Inpatient, Critical Care, ID, Psychiatric, Post-Acute Care, Long Term Care, and Telemedicine in multiple states. We are active with our hospital and community partners and strive to keep updated with the most current and evidence-based educational tools. Many of the protocols and clinical pathways we practice from have been developed by AMDA. We wanted to expand our knowledge and leadership to support other states in sharing best practices and have this excellent opportunity to help better the national organization, which is why we wanted to take on this chapter.
Who we are?
